The Practice was established in 1997, drawing on Simon's extensive experience gained from working in local government planning departments before transitioning into consultancy.

 

The sole discipline of the Practice concentrates on providing planning advice. However, when a project requires additional services, we have a network of trusted experts - including archaeologists, ecologists, sustainability consultants, and highway engineers - whom we can involve for more complex cases.

 

Our expertise covers residential developments and holiday parks of all sizes: from large estate projects to individual self-build plots, and from new holiday park sites to extensions of existing facilities.

 

Year after year, we deliver results across Norfolk and the East of England. Our track record since 1997 includes securing planning permissions for thousands of housing plots and numerous holiday park schemes. We're proud to uphold our strong success rate and remain committed to achieving the outcomes our clients need.

 

As of the mid-point in 2026, we have residential schemes underway with a combined Gross Development Value of £120 million, highlighting the scale and ambition of the projects we're supporting.
