The Practice was established in 1997 and has been built on our experience in local government planning departments, before starting out in consultancy.

We concentrate purely on planning advice, but if other services are required as part of the project, we have a network of trusted experts from archaeologists, ecologists to sustainability consultants, and highway engineers who we can bring in to help with complex cases.

We have experience in helping clients achieve planning permission for developments in residential and holiday parks; from large-scale residential developments, to single plots, and also new static and touring caravan sites, extensions to existing sites, to creating large-scale holiday resorts.

In 2019 we gained planning permission for 152 housing plots across estate developments to individual plots, 240 static caravans/lodges, and 153 touring pitches. In 2020 we have continued the 100% success rate with permissions for a total of 404 new housing plots on developments and 103 caravans/lodges on schemes across the country.
